Insert the Lens Hold your upper eyelid to prevent blinking, and gently pull down your lower eyelid. Place the lens gently onto the center of your eye. Slowly release your eyelids and blink several times to allow the lens to settle into the correct position. How to Remove and Care for Your Contact Lenses.
