Brush eyebrow hair to preferred direction. 4. After 8 minutes, thoroughly clean off 1st step lotion with cotton pad and wet tissue. 5. As 1st step lotion applied, 2nd goes same and wait for 8 minutes. 6. After 8 minutes, thoroughly clean off 2nd step lotion with cotton pad and wet tissue. 7. Using brush enclosed, brush eyebrow hair to the preferred direction.
